I’m a multimedia artist focusing on techniques within animation and silkscreen printing on fabric. The concepts I linger towards deal with studying and illustrating philosophies within Zen Buddhism, to gain further understanding about the importance of being present and appreciating the beauty in what is fleeting, in the face of knowing the end of the moment is inevitable.
The Cycle illustrates the movement of time through each season, quickly becoming a series of years that pass by. With this endless movement, I aimed to display and focus on the small moments that make each season beautiful despite it passing too quickly.
